Is agent signup free, and do I need a payment card?
Agent signup is free and does not require a credit or debit card. Confirm your email, complete your agency profile and accept the Stream terms. Hotelier subscriptions are separate.
Can an independent agent join without a company domain?
Yes. You can request manual business review without a company domain. Confirmed email, reviewed business details and individual hotel approval are separate checks; one does not replace another.
Does following a hotel give me access to its rates?
Following and approval are separate. A hotel may open access to registered agents or require approval. Its team can invite an agency, approve a request or change access later.
Does a client proposal reserve a room?
No. A proposal is a shortlist for review, and any quoted estimate is not a confirmed booking. Check current availability, prices and terms when booking an eligible stay from the hotel stream.
Can my colleagues work on the same enquiries and proposals?
Yes. Create an agency team and invite colleagues with individual accounts and explicit roles. Team work is shared with current members; personal work stays separate.
Can I use hotel images and rates in my own tools?
Use hotel-approved images according to their usage terms and credit instructions. Download published rate sheets as CSV, JSON or XML, or create a scoped feed credential for an accessible hotel. Check current materials and live availability before confirming a stay.
Will Stream email me every update?
Email digests and enquiry alerts are opt-in. Choose the hotels and topics you want, select a daily or weekly digest, and change or unsubscribe from your preferences.
How does commission work?
Commission requires separate terms accepted by both the hotel and the agency owner. Eligible bookings retain those terms, and statements include financial adjustments. Guestivity subscription fees do not create an agent commission, and statements do not transfer money.
